It is important to note that the park currently operates a rule whereby caravans over the age of 10 years old cannot be permitted to be assigned. Simply put, as and when the time comes that you decide to sell this caravan in the future, if it is either over 10 years old at the point that you purchase it, or will be when you decide to sell it, it can only be sold to a purchaser who is intending to move the caravan off park.
