Our bring-on fee of £5,500 includes everything you need for a smooth move: caravan transportation within a 25-mile radius, a gas bottle, TV aerial installation, full gas and electric connection with safety testing, and secure siting so you can settle in with ease.

FAQs
*Offer applies to reservations made between 23rd and 27th November 2026, with a £500 deposit that is non-refundable and counts towards your total bring-on cost. The offer gives £500 off the move-on fee. Sales must complete by 28th February 2027. The balance is due on completion, once we have confirmed that the caravan has been fully sited and is ready for use. 2027 pitch fees are due once the season starts (check with the park for the start date). General & Non-Domestic Charge for Services is payable from the date the caravan is fully sited.
It is important to note that the park currently operates a rule whereby caravans over the age of 10 years old cannot be permitted to be assigned. Simply put, as and when the time comes that you decide to sell this caravan in the future, if it is either over 10 years old at the point that you purchase it, or will be when you decide to sell it, it can only be sold to a purchaser who is intending to move the caravan off park.
