Reserve your pitch with a £1,000 deposit before 31st August 2026, with your move completed by 30th November 2026.
Your £1,000 deposit counts towards your total move-on cost.
The balance, along with your first pitch fees and service charge for the remainder of the year, is due on completion.

FAQs
It is important to note that the park currently operates a rule whereby caravans over the age of 10 years old cannot be permitted to be assigned. Simply put, as and when the time comes that you decide to sell this caravan in the future, if it is either over 10 years old at the point that you purchase it, or will be when you decide to sell it, it can only be sold to a purchaser who is intending to move the caravan off park.
Offer subject to caravan age and condition approval. Transport within 25 miles included; additional mileage charged separately. The £1,000 deposit is non-refundable. If the balance is not received by 30/11/2026, the £500 offer discount is removed and the full price becomes due.
