Move your static caravan to Lincolnshire because static doesn’t mean stuck! For a move-on fee, we’ll take care of everything to make your relocation smooth and stress-free. The package includes: caravan transportation within a 20-mile radius, levelling and chain-down, full gas, electric, and sewerage connections, siting, and comprehensive gas and electric testing, pls supply and fitting of a TV aerial and caravan steps.

Reserve your pitch with a fully refundable £300 deposit before 31st October 2026, with your move completed by 30th November 2026. Your deposit is refunded in full on completion.
No pitch fees for the remainder of 2026. Your 2027 pitch fees are due in full by 1st March 2027, or payable in monthly instalments by Direct Debit (+ £8 admin fee per month). A pro-rata General and Non-Domestic Charge for Services is payable from your completion date.

FAQs
It is important to note that the park currently operates a rule whereby caravans over the age of 10 years old cannot be permitted to be assigned. Simply put, as and when the time comes that you decide to sell this caravan in the future, if it is either over 10 years old at the point that you purchase it, or will be when you decide to sell it, it can only be sold to a purchaser who is intending to move the caravan off park.
Free move-on available on selected pitches only. Subject to caravan age and condition approval. Transport within 20 miles included; additional mileage charged separately. The £300 deposit is fully refundable on completion of your move. If you change your mind and the move does not go ahead, the deposit is non-refundable.
