If you own a static caravan, you’ll know that autumn is often the time to start thinking about the year ahead. September and October is when many holiday parks review and announce their pitch fees for the following season, giving owners the perfect opportunity to consider whether their current park still meets their needs and lifestyle.

Whether you’re looking for a different location, better facilities, or simply a fresh start, it’s a natural time to explore your options before another season begins.

Moving before the season ends can also help you avoid committing to another year’s fees at your current park. Instead, you can settle into your new park ready for the new season, making the most of your caravan from day one without the worry of paying for two parks or rolling into another season before you’ve had the chance to consider your options.

Your static caravan, your holidays (or lettings)

One thing worth knowing: at these three Tingdene Holiday Parks, you’re free to let your own holiday home privately (subject to annual permission). We don’t take commission, and there’s no expectation for you to let it if you’d rather keep it exclusively for your own holidays.

Our approach is simple: we believe you should have the freedom to enjoy your holiday home in the way that suits you best. Whether you choose to let it privately or keep it just for family and friends, the decision is entirely yours.

Three holiday parks, three different kinds of escape

Each of the three parks in this offer has a distinct character. Choose based on what matters to you.

Caldecott Hall Country Park, Norfolk

300 acres of Norfolk countryside, with a leisure club, indoor pool, golf course, and Barn1 bar and restaurant on site.

If you want space, facilities, and a genuine sense of having arrived somewhere, Caldecott Hall Country Park delivers it.

North Denes Caravan Park, Suffolk

The UK’s most easterly caravan park, and steps from the beach at Ness Point with the lowest pitch fees of the three.

Simple and genuinely hard to beat for location, North Denes is close to Sparrow’s Nest, great food, free access tennis courts and a peaceful coastal walks.

Premium Plots at Broadlands Park & Marina, Oulton Broad, Suffolk

Not every static caravan pitch is the same.

With only two premium plots remaining at Broadlands Park & Marina in Oulton Broad, now is the time to secure your preferred location.

Each one offers; private parking, extra space around your caravan, a quieter setting away from the main park, a hardstanding base. All of this, plus 12-month holiday use, so you can visit year-round rather than being tied to a seasonal window.

The park itself sits on the edge of Oulton Broad, with a marina and moorings available, an indoor swimming pool, Moss & Co bar and restaurant, and a public footpath to Carlton Marshes and the Suffolk Wildlife Trust reserve.

• Annual pitch fees are £4,688.22 + VAT
• 12 month season
• Move-on fee: Was £12,000, Now £11,500 (inclusive of VAT)

Caravans must be under 10 years old and in good condition. We’ll ask for photos as part of the process.
